2.4 Print/Image License – To use a Font on a digital image (JPG, GIF, PNG, etc.) or on print artwork such as flyers or physical objects or any other product that they, or their own clients, are selling, the Licensee needs to purchase a Comercial License. This License also allows the use of the Fonts to make non-digital 3-dimensional shapes, rubber stamps or scrapbooking alphabets that the Licensee, or its clients, can sell This License also allows the use of the Fonts to produce artwork meant to be part of a corporate identity or branding, which includes letterheads, business cards, business forms, banners, tie-in products, etc. This License also allows the use of the Fonts to make images and videos for Social Media Including Instagram YouTube TikTok etc. The cost of such Comercial License being dependent on the number of employees at the corporation, as specified during the checkout process.
2.5 Web License - To use a Font on a website, the Licensee needs to purchase a Web License. The Licensee detaining a Web License may also embed the Fonts in certain electronic documents, such as PDF, Flash and Microsoft Office documents, or multimedia files. Unless express written consent has been obtained from the Licensor, the Licensee cannot embed the complete character set as fonts embedded in electronic documents. There is no limit to page views covered under the web license. You may embed the Fonts into websites only in WOFF2 or WOFF formats and only using the CSS @font-face technique. Other embedding methods are not allowed. The cost of such Web License being dependent on the number of employees at the corporation, as specified during the checkout process. 2.6 App License - To use a Font on a phone application, web application or video game, the Licensee needs to purchase an App License for each individual application on which the Font appears, the cost of such App License being dependent on the number of employees at the corporation, as specified during the checkout process.
2.7 Broadcast/Ad License - To use a Font in an ad campaign, on films or shows published on streaming services or on television, the Licensee needs to purchase a Broadcast License for each individual broadcast on which the Font appears, The cost of such Broadcast License being dependent on the number of employees at the corporation, as specified during the checkout process.
2.8 Logo License - To use a Font in a corporation’s logo, the Licensee needs to purchase a LogoLicense for each individual corporation for which the Font is used in the logo, the cost of such Logo License being dependent on the number of employees at the corporation, as specified during the checkout process. The Logo License allows the Licensee to use the logo on all platforms (i.e. prints, website, social media, etc.) without the need of additional licenses.
2.9 All In One License - The All In One License covers all the use cases specified in the: Print/Image License (2.4), Web License (2.5), App License(2.6), Broadcast/Ad License (2.7), Logo License (2.8). The All In One License does not cover any use cases outside of those defined in the above mentioned licenses ((2.4)(2.5)(2.6)(2.7)(2.8))
